The S5042 by Richmond is a swivel frame castor and uses a rebound rubber wheel. This swivel castor is in our 300 series plate range and can safely take loads up to 200kg. The S5042 wheel is fitted with ball bearings and is plate mount. The swivel frame design of this castor allows the load to be steered. The rebound rubber wheel diameter is 125mm, the wheel width is 35mm and you can order separately (Part Number: RR5077). For the same castor with a brake, see S5042B.

Description
Meeting and exceeding all performance standards due to a higher load bearing capacity, the 300 Series has a wide range of uses. A nylon wheel in a 300 series is most common for industrial and trolley applications, a rebound rubber wheel is ideal for road cases and transportable crates whilst a poly nylon wheel is best suited to undercover and showroom displays. Cast Iron, Poly Cast Iron and Aluminium wheels are also available with this series.
