1 What is “personal information”?
(a) The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) currently defines “personal information” as meaning information or an opinion about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable:
(i) whether the information or opinion is true or not; and
(ii) whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.
2 What information do we collect?
The kind of personal information that we collect from you will depend on how you use the website. The personal information which we collect and hold about you may include your name, address, email address, internet protocol (IP) address and phone number.
We will provide you with the opportunity of remaining anonymous or using a pseudonym in your dealings with us where it is lawful and practicable (for example, when making a general enquiry). If we agree that your complaint is well founded, we will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
7 Overseas transfer
Your personal information will not be disclosed to recipients outside Australia unless you expressly request us to do so — noting however that data collected by Google Analytics may be stored overseas.
If you request us to transfer your personal information to an overseas recipient, the overseas recipient will not be required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and we will not be liable for any mishandling of your information in such circumstances.
8 Third Party Services
We use third-party providers (such as Google Analytics) to perform services for us. Their use, collection and disclosure of your information will be only for the third-party to perform their services for us.
Some third-party services who provide services for us have their own privacy policies. We do not take any responsibility for their privacy policies. Further, some providers we engage from time to time may be located in differing jurisdictions. These jurisdictions may have different privacy laws which your information may become subject to.

If the store, or the company is sold or merged with another company, your information will form part of the acquisition so that we may continue to operate with you.
