300 Series Castor Range
The 300 Series Castor Range has been designed and engineered to meet common European standards for industrial pressed-steel castors. Featuring a robust pressed metal frame and a 3mm thick top plate, this range delivers reliable performance for a wide variety of material handling and equipment mobility applications.
Available in wheel diameters of 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, and 200mm, the range is supplied with standard European metric top plates for easy integration with compatible equipment and mounting systems.
Bolt-hole mount castors are also available in 100mm, 125 mm, 150mm, and 200mm sizes, featuring a single metric bolt-hole fitting. A full range of pintle fixing options is also available to suit different equipment and mounting requirements.
For applications requiring improved corrosion resistance and hygiene compliance, the Stainless Excel Series offers the same pressed-metal European-style design in a stainless steel housing, making it ideal for wet, washdown, and hygiene-critical environments.
Swivel Brake Frame Castors
This castor features a full swivel frame design, allowing smooth directional movement and excellent manoeuvrability in confined or changing operating environments.
The swivel head enables the equipment to rotate freely for easy positioning and handling, while the integrated brake mechanism locks both the wheel and swivel race to prevent rolling and rotation when engaged, helping keep equipment securely in place.
Nylon Wheels
Solid nylon wheels are hard wearing, durable and easy to maintain, providing very low rolling resistance for efficient movement on hard, smooth surfaces. They also offer good resistance to moisture and regular industrial use.
These wheels are ideal for trolleys, carts and mobile equipment used in warehouses, factories, workshops, food processing areas and wet environments where durability and minimal maintenance are important.
Plate Mount
This castor features a 3mm thick baseplate and 3mm thick pressed steel forks, designed to suit 8 mm mounting bolts. The castor frame can be bolted or welded directly to equipment depending on the application requirements. Baseplate mounts to suit are also available.
