With the highest abrasion resistance of any polymer family, polyurethane is also the most versatile, allowing our team to make products within a broad hardness range – meaning it can be the perfect replacement for almost any rubber, injection moulded plastic or engineering plastic materials.

Our standard hardness range can cater for any application, with a wide-range of stock in-house for fast order fulfilment. This includes: 50A, 60A, 77A, 85A, 90A, 95A, 57D, 65D and 75D and standard colour options of Red, Black, Orange, Grey, Yellow and Green.

Polyurethane Retyre Services

Extend the life of your wheel with a new polyurethane tyre. If your hub is still in good shape, we can recoat it with a new polyurethane tyre. Our team will confirm your measurements and application needs, then clean the hub, recast the tyre, and machine it to suit. Custom sizes and shapes can be accommodated.

Do you offer standard "off-the-shelf" parts, or is everything custom made?

We offer both. Alongside custom polyurethane solutions, we stock a wide range of polyurethane wheels, rollers, and standard shaps to suit common industrial and OEM applications. Meaning we’ve got you covered whether you need a standard wheel or a more complex problem solved.

Can I order sheet, rod, or bar stock for my own machining?

Yes. We can supply polyurethane in a range of standard sheet and rod formats, ready for your own fabrication or CNC processes.

Do you provide post-production machining?

We do. We can finish moulded parts to spec using our in-house CNC lathes and machining centres – particularly useful for tight tolerances or complex profiles.

Can I see samples or send a drawing for quoting?

Yes. You can send technical drawings, CAD files, photos or dimensions via email or contact form to our team. We will review your requirements, provide a quote, and can supply drawings for approval before we begin production.
