Precision performance saddles

Bruce Smith Saddleworld came to Richmond in need of new moulds to help with their popular performance saddles.

Designing a custom polyurethane mould required careful consideration of the shape of the horse’s back and also the rider’s overall comfort.

The end result was a series of polyurethane tree moulds that act as the saddle’s foundation frame, helping Saddleworld’s master saddlers add the leather and other hardware to complete the finished saddle.

Repair of worn castor wheels

For many years customers have also been coming to Richmond to have their worn castor wheels repaired with a new polyurethane mould.

Not only is this a great cost-saving option that extends the life of the wheel, it’s also more sustainable.

The versatility of polyurethane means solutions like repairing old castor wheels can be rapidly brought to life within days, often with a zero tooling cost for our customers!
