Less manual work, more intelligent picking
Piece and case picking remain one of the most strenuous, time-consuming tasks in many modern warehouses. The Flex Series are designed to streamline your material handling operations – reducing manual handling and boosting overall picking speed and accuracy.
The Flex 300-L is equipped with a lifting function and sensor technology to autonomously locate and dock to racks across your warehouse floor. Allows for unmanned handling of racks and picking containers to dramatically increase efficiency and productivity.
With a touch-screen interface directly attached to the AMR, the 300-S is also equipped with a lifting function and rack locking mechanism which ensures the rack is secure during high-speed movement – making the lives of your workers easier and improving picking accuracy.
Ideal for piece picking applications the Flex 300-SCB is a triple decker AMR with more room to pick and sort on the fly. An on-board barcode scanner ensures accurate picking, and the touch-screen interface directs pickers where to place each item or case.
360° Obstacle Avoidance
Each AMR is equipped with the latest laser scanners, depth cameras and 2D cameras for safety.
Onboard Interface
Connected to your f(x) Fleet Manager software, the onboard interface guides your workers to save time and walking distance.
Autonomous Charging
Keep your operations going 24/7 with hands-free autonomous charging included in every Flex model. The f(x) software will send the Flex robots to charge when the opportunity presents itself.
300kg Load Capacity
One of the highest load capacities offered among AMR-enabled picking solutions the Flex Series are ideal for piece- and case-picking.

What is an AMR?
AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) are a type of robot that uses built-in sensors and technology to autonomously move goods around factories and warehouses without the need for guides and markers.
AMRs are an adaptable, flexible, and accessible solution for improving order picking, packing, pallet transport, trolley/cage towing, production line handling, and more! With a good AMR in place, you will increase picking productivity and reduce wasted movement in your operations, making you and your team more efficient.
