Single Flange & Double Flange Track Wheels

Track Wheels are ideal to use in applications where a load needs to be moved repeatedly along a fixed track. There are a wide range of track or rail types that can be used as the guide, and the track wheel is manufactured to match that track and follow it along the path. Most tracks are mild steel, such as RHS (Rectangular Hollow Section), SHS (Square Hollow Section), Angle, PFC (Parallel Flange Channels), round bar, or light rail. Track wheels are also usually manufactured from mild steel as well for high strength and low rolling resistance. In heavy duty applications, the wheels and/or track may be hardened for increased wear resistance - especially over long distances and high use applications.
