400mm Swivel 10 Ton Capacity Castor (S1652)

The S1652 manufactured by Richmond is a swivel castor and features 2 polyurethane tyred cast iron wheels. This swivel castor is in our extra high performance series range and has a maximum capacity of 10000kg. The S1652 wheel is fitted with taper roller bearings. The swivel frame of this castor allows for easy steering. The polyurethane tyred cast iron wheels diameter is 400mm, the wheels width is 2 x 125mm and you can order separately (Part Number: PU1606).

Description

Developed using Richmond’s 6 decades of castor know how, features include a large opposed taper roller bearing swivel head and precision robot welded fully sealed construction to give a long life without costly breakdowns. The EHP series are fully towable at speeds up to 16kph on flat surfaces without obstacles, making them ideal for work in heavy duty applications. The castor’s twin wheel design not only increases surface contact but controls the rolling speed of each wheel when turning and manoeuvering. Custom designed and manufactured in-house, we challenge you to find a better castor.
