The R4055 manufactured by Richmond is a rigid frame castor and uses a rebound polyurethane wheel. This rigid castor is in our 300 series plate range and can safely take loads up to 140kg. The R4055 is assembled with stainless steel roller bearings on the castors axle and is plate mount. The rigid frame allows for steering only when used with swivel castors. The rebound polyurethane wheel diameter is 100mm, the wheel width is 35mm and can be ordered separately (RP4072).

Description

Meeting and exceeding all performance standards due to a higher load bearing capacity, the 300 Series has a wide range of uses. A nylon wheel in a 300 series is most common for industrial and trolley applications, a rebound rubber wheel is ideal for road cases and transportable crates whilst a poly nylon wheel is best suited to undercover and showroom displays. Cast Iron, Poly Cast Iron and Aluminium wheels are also available with this series.
