F.R.A.S Polyurethane Solutions
A polymer additive used in the manufacture of polyurethane products makes the solution fire resistant and anti-static. It is ideal for use in mining, pipeline and fluid transport systems.

Ballast Block Wheel Sets for Ocean Pipe Launch Project
The engineering team worked with HDI Lucas to produce 50 ballast block roller wheel sets for launching waste-water pipe from land to sea. The entire project was taken from design to deployment in just 6 weeks.
Heavy Machinery Custom Production Trailers
We were contacted to design, manufacture and supply a range of heavy machinery production trailers. These trailers were designed to safely and efficiently transport farming equipment and large machinery around a warehouse.
Custom Turning Roller Products
We designed, manufactured and supplied a tractional drive system for the welding together of 5.5m diameter pipes within a large recycling plant. Each drive kit featured direct drive through variable speed drive gear motors operated through a touch screen on the electrical cabinet.
Custom Movable Event Stage Wheels for Mcdonald Jones Stadium NSW
The engineering team worked with JC Entertainment to design, manufacture and supply a range of event stage wheels. These wheels were to enable a series of modular stages to be moved around and joined together when required without damaging the field below.
