Rugged, reliable and ready for immediate use – the PJR001 is Australia’s leading pallet jack.
Our pallet jacks take the hard work out of lifting and moving pallets around your busy warehouse, factory, or storeroom. The nylon entry rollers help to easily position the forks under a pallet ready for it to be raised of the ground with the manual hydraulic pump.
Nylon Rollers
Our PJR001 pallet jack comes equipped with nylon wheels and rollers – nylon offers a low friction, durable material that offers a higher load capacity.

The PJR001 can also be supplied with polyurethane wheels and rollers as an optional add-on. Polyurethane wheels and rollers offer a quieter running alternative to nylon and are non-marking to protect surfaces such as polished concrete.
We offer pallet jacks in powder coated steel, galvanised steel, and stainless steel finishes to ensure that no matter your environment, we can provide a solution.

The recommended hydraulic oil for this system is ISO VG32, which typically has a viscosity of approximately 30cSt at 40°C. This specification ensures optimal lubrication and performance under standard operating conditions. The system requires around 0.4 litres of oil for effective operation. While ISO VG32 is ideal, any general-purpose hydraulic oil with similar viscosity characteristics will work in most applications. However, for best performance and longevity of components, it’s always advisable to stick to the manufacturer’s recommended grade wherever possible.
To remove air from the hydraulic system, set the control handle to the “LOWER” position and move the draw-bar up and down several times. This process helps eliminate air pockets that may have entered during transportation or if the pump was in an upset position.
