This carton contains 10 individual Dust Control Sticky Mats. Each pad measures 600 x 1150mm and contains 30 peel away adhesive sheets, providing a total of 300 adhesive layers per carton.

A Dust Control Sticky Mat is a multi layer adhesive floor mat that captures dust, dirt, hair and other contaminants from footwear and trolley wheels before they enter clean or controlled environments. As the top layer becomes dirty, it is simply peeled away to expose a fresh adhesive surface, extending the life of the mat while helping maintain a cleaner workspace.

The mat is manufactured from durable polyethylene with a high tack pressure sensitive adhesive coating. The adhesive is designed to capture dust and fine debris without transferring to footwear or trolley wheels under normal use.

These terms generally refer to the same type of product. In Australia, they are most commonly called Dust Control Sticky Mats or Clean Room Sticky Mats, while internationally they are often referred to as Tack Mats or Tacky Mats. Regardless of the name, they all perform the same function of trapping dirt and dust before it enters clean areas.

A layer should be replaced once the adhesive surface becomes visibly dirty or no longer effectively captures dust and debris from footwear or trolley wheels. Simply peel away the contaminated top sheet to expose a fresh adhesive layer underneath. Each sheet is individually numbered from 1 to 30, making it easy to monitor how many layers remain. For facilities with regular use, we recommend ordering replacement stock when approximately five layers remain.
