Steps to Replace the Front Wheels on Your Zero-Turn Mower
Step 1: Lift the Mower

Use a jack to raise the front of the mower. You may need to lift the mower deck first to fit the jack underneath.
Step 2: Remove the Existing Wheel

Use a socket wrench to remove the front wheel nut while holding the bolt in place with the spanner.
Step 3: Remove the Old Wheel

Take off the old wheel once the nut has been loosened.
Step 4: Prepare the New Wheel

Align the new wheel with the frame, using a chock if necessary to ensure proper alignment.
Step 5: Install the New Wheel

Insert the axle bolt through the wheel and frame, ensuring the dust cap is in place. Thread the nut on the other side, then tighten it using the socket and wrench.
Step 6: Secure the Wheel Hardware

Check that the axle bolt is fully seated through the frame and wheel, and that the nut is correctly threaded before final tightening.
Step 7: Test the New Wheel

Ensure the wheel rolls smoothly and is securely in place.
Tip: To ensure even wear and stability, we recommend replacing both front wheels at the same time.
