Engineered for Practical Storage
These double-sided trolleys are built for use in workshops, warehouses, and manufacturing lines—anywhere that fast access to components is essential. Featuring steel-framed louvre panels on both sides, each unit supports a wide selection of plastic bins mounted securely into place.
With a compact 900mm width and 1400mm height, the design provides ample storage while remaining easy to position beside benches, bays, or production lines. Users can load bins based on work priorities, helping reduce time spent walking between fixed storage areas.
Designed to Suit Your Workspace
Two models are available. The LPR100 comes with fixed feet, offering a stable, permanent setup ideal for workstations or lean inventory hubs. For operations that require mobility, the LPR101 includes four 100mm swivel castors—two fitted with brakes for stability when parked.
Both models share the same robust steel construction, built to handle daily industrial use. Louvre panels are universally slotted to fit all standard Richmond parts bins, making it easy to build a configuration that suits your tools or product range.
Improves Workflow and Stock Access
These trolleys are ideal for storing high-turnover items that need to be within arm’s reach. Whether used for line-side assembly, tool access, or consumables, they support faster picking and better organisation. Visual stock checks become simpler, and bins can be relabelled or swapped as requirements change.
Their mobility also reduces physical strain—especially in tasks where operators previously needed to walk to shelves or retrieve parts from remote storage locations. Combined with clear bin visibility, the result is a more streamlined, user-friendly setup.
