The dual-tub order picking trolley is designed to improve workflow in repetitive picking, packing, and stock handling environments. Built from heavy-duty steel, it offers strength and stability while remaining easy to manoeuvre. The offset dual-tub layout enables operators to access each tub quickly and independently, reducing bending and twisting during frequent handling tasks.
Fitted with 100mm grey rubber castors—two swivel and two swivel with side brakes—this trolley provides smooth, non-marking travel on hard floors and can be locked securely during loading. Compatible with Richmond’s Stack & Nest tubs (sold separately), it accommodates a range of sizes from 32L to 68L, including food-grade and recyclable options. Supplied flat-packed for efficient storage and transport, it can also be delivered fully assembled upon request.
