he RCR511 Security Roll Cage is a fully enclosed, heavy-duty trolley designed for secure transport of high-value goods, electronics, and sensitive stock. With four mesh sides, a hinged roof panel, and close-knit mesh panels, it offers maximum protection and containment in warehouse, logistics, retail, and commercial environments.
This model features a full-height swing door, two half-height swing doors, and a fold-up internal shelf – all secured with heavy-duty steel hinges enclosed in smooth plastic housings to enhance operator safety. The enclosed roof provides added protection during transit or storage.
The Z-base frame nests with other Z-base units to save space when not in use and is constructed from zinc-plated steel for corrosion resistance. The trolley is fitted with four 125mm rebound polyurethane castors – rwo rigid and two swivel with brakes – ensuring smooth, quiet operation and directional control on warehouse floors.
Delivered fully assembled and maintenance-friendly with bolt-on castors, the RCR511 is purpose-built for secure stock movement in fast-paced environments.

A-Base or H-Frame Roll Cages
The letter refers to the base/chassis frame – they are either an “A” or also known as “H” shape.
