The R8001 by Richmond is a rigid frame castor and has an SG Iron wheel. This rigid castor is in our forged head series range and has a top load capacity of 1500kg. The R8001 wheel is fitted with ball bearings. The rigid frame allows for steering only when used with swivel castors. The outside diameter of the semi pneumatic wheel is 200mm, the wheel width is 75mm and can be ordered separately (SG822).
Applications including transport and logistics, heavy machinery, warehousing equipment and mobile platforms rely on the extreme shock loading, robust durable king pin, drop forged steel baseplate of Richmond’s Forged Head Series for loads up to 1500kg.
