The S4044 by Richmond is a swivel frame castor and has a polyurethane wheel. This swivel castor is one of our 300 series plate range and can hold loads up to 200kg. The S4044 uses roller bearings for wheel rotation and is mounted with the baseplate. The swivel frame allows the load to be steered. The outside diameter of the polyurethane wheel is 100mm, the wheel width is 35mm and can be ordered separately (PU4408). This model can also be ordered with a brake (part number S4044B).

Description

Meeting and exceeding all performance standards due to a higher load bearing capacity, the 300 Series has a wide range of uses. A nylon wheel in a 300 series is most common for industrial and trolley applications, a rebound rubber wheel is ideal for road cases and transportable crates whilst a poly nylon wheel is best suited to undercover and showroom displays. Cast Iron, Poly Cast Iron and Aluminium wheels are also available with this series.
